🧒 Your Role as an Assistant Teacher:
- Help create a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and faculty to ensure a smooth-running classroom
📋 What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience with young children in a professional or volunteer setting
- A nurturing spirit, flexibility, and team-player attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely support young children (including crib lifting for infant classrooms)
