- Your well-being is important to us! Full-time teachers work 40 hours/week with overtime opportunity and receive paid time off, holidays, and sick leave. They may also participate in our 401(k) plan with an employer match, and our medical, dental, and vision plans. Part-time employees can work up to 32 hours/week, earn sick leave, and if working 24 hours/week will receive paid holidays.

We can offer flexible hours to accommodate classes and may be able to assist with your pursuit of a Child Development Associate credential. We also promote from within so you can grow your teaching career with us.

- Assisting lead, co-lead and assistant teachers in establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Supporting each child’s social and emotional development
- Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relations
- Working cooperatively with the classroom lead teacher, other teachers and resources, and the center's directors and owner
- High school diploma (required)
- Previous childcare center, summer camp, or school-age care experience (highly preferred)
- Show empathy and compassion for young children (required)
- Good written and verbal communication skills for preparing daily reports and interfacing with parents (required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for programs, child safety, and emergency situations. Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib (required)
- Meet background check eligibility
- Commensurate with experience and credentials; some flex teachers may be compensated similarly to assistant, lead, or co-lead teachers if they are qualified to assume of those positions when one becomes available
