What You’ll Do as a Lead Teacher:
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
- Foster meaningful relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with teammates to develop creative activities
- Communicate daily with parents about their child’s day and development
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and enriching classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
- CDA certification preferred
- 1–2 years of classroom experience
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety
