What You’ll Do
* Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
* Lead daily classroom routines and learning experiences
* Build positive relationships with children and families
* Monitor children’s growth and communicate developmental progress with families
* Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom
* Ensure compliance with all state licensing and Goddard standards
* Collaborate with school leadership and mentor Assistant Teachers
What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or GED
* CDA, TCC, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
* Experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting
* Strong classroom management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Passion for early childhood education and child development
* CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
