Your Role:
As a lead teacher, you’ll coordinate daily class operations, design engaging activities, and nurture positive relationships with children and parents. You’ll enjoy:
- Watching children grow through activities you plan.
- Creating an exciting curriculum based on children’s interests.
- Sharing daily updates with families.
- Collaborating with fellow educators to develop professionally.
Qualifications:
- Associate/Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or CDA.
- 1–2 years of experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. (e.g., handling children safely).
- Meets background check requirements.
