What You’ll Do:
- Create and lead engaging educational and recreational activities

What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- CDA credential (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education (preferred)
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics with professionalism and care
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle young children
- Must meet background check requirements
