Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
- Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
- Interact daily with children and parents to provide quality customer service.
- Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum ideas.
- Communicate with parents about their children’s progress and adventures through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certificate.
- 1-2 years of previous teaching experience preferred.
- Completion of state-required pre-service training.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and faculty.
- Ability to manage stressful situations professionally while multitasking.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for handling children and ensuring their safety, especially for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers.
- Must meet background check eligibility.
