Some days you will fill in for one of the lead teachers, some days you are doing potty breaks and prepping snack while other days are filled with helping teachers prepare lesson planning materials. We view this role as a great way to build your confidence in teaching, classroom management, and parent communication while also building relationships with students and teachers in the school.

Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible classroom support for a seamless educational experience
- Organize engaging classroom materials
- Supervise children indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Offer personalized attention and foster an inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate transparently with parents about children's progress and achievements
- Maintain clean and inviting classrooms adhering to health and safety standards
- Support routine child care tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
