Position: Part-Time Resource Staff (Floater)
Location: The Goddard School at Walton Park
Job Description: We are seeking reliable and flexible Part-Time Resource Staff members to join our team at The Goddard School at Walton Park. This position involves assisting teachers, providing breaks, and supporting classrooms as needed throughout the day. Morning and evening hours are available, this job is perfect to work around school schedules or other involvements!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Provide breaks and relief for teachers during designated times.
- Support classrooms in various capacities based on daily needs.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and play areas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Availability for morning and/or evening shifts as required.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic childcare environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Childcare experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and engage with children is essential.
