Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; CDA, associate preferred, college students welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Works productively without supervision
- Basic understanding of child development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
