We're looking for a Lead Teacher who’s enthusiastic, nurturing, and ready to help shape the future through play, creativity, and learning.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's in ECE preferred)
✔️ CDA preferred
✔️ 1–2 years’ experience in a licensed preschool/childcare setting
✔️ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔️ Able to lift up to 50 lbs (those toddler hugs can be strong! 💪)
✔️ A positive, energetic attitude and a love for working with children
