What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, loving classroom where two-year-olds feel safe and supported
- Plan fun, hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities that spark curiosity
- Help children build independence, communication, and early learning habits
- Share daily highlights and milestones with families
- Work alongside a professional, team-oriented group of educators
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of classroom experience preferred (we’re happy to train the right candidate)
- Completion of state-required pre-service training or willingness to complete
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, positive, and calm presence in an active toddler classroom
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet background check requirements
