What You’ll Do:
- Support toddlers as they build independence and master new skills
- Create fun, hands-on learning experiences
- Communicate daily highlights and milestones with families
- Work collaboratively with a supportive, professional teaching team
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- State-required pre-service training completed or willingness to complete
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced classroom
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely lift children in and out of cribs
- Must meet background check requirements
