Twos Teacher – The Goddard School of Scottsdale
The Goddard School of Scottsdale is seeking a caring, dependable Twos Teacher to join our collaborative early childhood education team. This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys guiding two-year-olds as they develop independence, confidence, and foundational skills in a nurturing, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Support two-year-olds in developing independence, social skills, and early learning habits
- Plan and implement engaging, hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities
- Communicate regularly with families by sharing daily updates and milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom
- Collaborate effectively with a professional and supportive teaching team
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of classroom experience preferred (training available)
- Completion of state-required pre-service training or willingness to complete
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Calm, professional, and patient approach in a fast-paced classroom
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and successfully complete background check requirements
