Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool required
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, a related field required or completed Director credential required
- Ability to learn new technology (devices and software)
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
