- Support teachers in creating and implementing fun, hands-on learning experiences
- Engage children in activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued
- Build rapport with children and their families, keeping parents updated on daily activities and achievements
- Assist with classroom routines, including meal and snack times, clean-up, and supervision during play
- A caring, energetic individual who enjoys working with young children
- Someone who can easily adapt to classroom needs and jump into activities with enthusiasm
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Prior experience in childcare or early education preferred, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including morning and/or afternoon shifts
