- $16.00-$21.00 per hour, based on education and qualifications
- Annual pay increases, including two opportunities for pay increases during your first year

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a child-related field
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a child-related field
- Current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential
- Currently enrolled in a CDA, Early Childhood Education, or related degree program
- A warm, patient, nurturing approach to young children
- Reliability and professionalism

- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team
- A commitment to creating a positive experience for children and families
- Knowledge of childcare programming, safety, and emergency procedures
