- Assist the School Director in managing daily school operations and ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and Goddard standards.
- Support and mentor teachers, offering guidance in curriculum development, classroom management, and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and updates.
- Oversee health, safety, and cleanliness protocols to maintain a secure environment for children and staff.
- Collaborate with the Director on enrollment, community outreach, and events to promote the school within the local community.
- CDA, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years in an early childhood setting, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
