Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support each child’s social and emotional development
- Build positive and effective relationships with families
- Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle situations professionally
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and program facilitation
