We are looking for an administrative coordinator to join our team today working with our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a full day childcare and preschool environment.

Qualifications for the Administrative Coordinator Role
  • Minimum of a CDA or higher
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must have prior childcare experience, lead teacher experience required
  • Excellent communication skills with parents, teachers, and students
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially when working with families, teachers and the community
Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator
  • Reports to the Owner, Director of Education, and the Assistant Director
  • Commitment to The Goddard School’s mission and core values
  • Assist in the daily management and operation of the school
  • Assist in supervising classroom ratios, implementation of Goddard’s health and safety guidelines, and licensing standards
  • Assist in the classroom, as necessary, serving as a role model for teaching staff, coaching when appropriate
  • Assist with the oversight and compliance with various programs, including Quality Assurance, GSRP, STARS, and Michigan state licensing
  • Follows The Goddard School’s policies, procedures and processes
  • Proficiency in the technical programs required for the position
  • Other duties as assigned by the Owner, Director of Education, and the Assistant Director due to school needs

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
