Your Role:
As an Assistant Administrator & Classroom Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to support our school operations while engaging directly with children in the classroom. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including enrollment, staff support, and parent communication.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to maintain a positive school culture.
- Providing hands-on teaching in classrooms when needed to ensure continuity of care and education.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare office.
- Understanding of Step Up to Quality.
- Strong understanding of child development and state licensing regulations.
- A passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
