Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, engaging, and safe environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
- Implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum by planning and conducting age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones.
- Foster strong relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents to share updates on their child's progress and collaborate on their learning journey.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports learning and discovery.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and families.
- A passion for nurturing young minds and helping them reach their full potential.
