Marketing & Community Engagement

· Solicit customer feedback

· Manage social media pages

· Manage email marketing campaigns

· Schedule & host community engagement events

· Manage Goddard Good Deeds initiatives

· Manage all digital signs

· Establish relationships with community partners

Prospective customer management

· Lead follow up and tracking

· Schedule, prepare for, and conduct school tours

New Customer Onboarding

· Ensuring posting of all welcome signs

· Manage enrollment process

· Student file management

· Input enrollment data in customer management system

· Communicate enrollment information to team and families

· Schedule and conduct new family orientation

· Ensure first week photos are sent timely

Stakeholder Relationship Management

· Recognize teacher milestones

· Recognize student milestones

· Manage teacher appreciation activities

· Manage family appreciation activities

· Assist with student transitions

· Regular family check-ins to ensure family satisfaction

Student File Management

· Maintain immunization files to compliance

· Maintain student files to compliance

· Communicate with families of student deficiencies

· Manage student departures

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
