About the Role:
Join The Goddard School of Ramsey, NJ as an Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant, where you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of our youngest learners. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in children's lives while working in a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support daily activities, including feeding, diapering, and nap time routines.
- Engage children in play-based learning and developmental activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young children.
- Commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
