- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with implementing classroom activities and learning experiences using our Wonder of Learning® curriculum.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and support their social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Help maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support children's daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, transitions, and play-based learning.
- Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and team members.
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to provide the best possible experience for every child.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Loves working with young children.
- Is dependable, positive, and a team player.

- High school diploma required.
- Experience with children preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in early childhood education
- Must meet Pennsylvania state licensing requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required for child care duties.
