Your Role as a Lead Teacher
As a Lead Teacher, you’ll be the heart of the classroom, creating a warm, engaging space where children can thrive. Using our exclusive Wonders of Learning Curriculum, you’ll craft play-based lesson plans that ignite imaginations and build foundational skills. You’ll:
- Design hands-on activities that nurture curiosity, independence, and growth across all developmental domains—social, emotional, physical, and intellectual.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your students and their families, becoming a key part of their early learning journey.
- Lead with positivity, using gentle guidance to foster a respectful and supportive classroom culture.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers, mentoring them to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every child.
What We’re Looking For

Education: A BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred; an AA or ongoing ECE studies will be considered. Bonus points for a CDA certification!

Experience: Previous preschool or childcare experience is a big plus—especially if you’ve worked with energetic two-year-olds!
