Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom for children
- Implement The Goddard School’s play-based curriculum
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive learning
- Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a toddler classroom preferred
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
- Passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
