Your Role as a Lead Infant Teacher As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will:
· Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants (6 weeks - 18 months).
· Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational and recreational activities.
· Observe children's interests and collaborate with colleagues to develop creative curriculum ideas.
· Communicate daily with parents, sharing their child’s development and milestones.
· Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow faculty members.
Qualifications
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field OR a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (required for Lead Teachers).
· Previous experience working with infants in an early childhood education setting.
· Ability to meet state background check eligibility requirements.
· Strong understanding of childcare programming, safety protocols, and first-aid procedures.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Dependable, adaptable, and a team player who takes initiative.
