Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or home setting is a must!!
Shows empathy and compassion for young children
Works productively without supervision
Basic understanding of child development
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
