Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Plan and implement engaging, hands-on activities aligned with toddler developmental milestones
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and routine
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom
- Collaborate with a supportive teaching team to ensure high-quality care and education
- Demonstrate patience, positivity, and professionalism each day
Qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers; early childhood education background preferred
- Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children
- Strong creativity, flexibility, and classroom management skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to early childhood education
