- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime.
- Help with snack and meal preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education preferred.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
- Flexible schedule with availability during weekdays.
