The Goddard School® located in Cumming is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Assistant Director position at our School. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.

To Qualify:

Must be at least 24 years of age
Current CDA or Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field or BA degree
1 year experience supervising or managing staff

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
