- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
- Observe and assess children's development and communicate progress to parents.
- Engage in daily activities that encourage exploration and discovery.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor.
