- Has hands-on experience working with children ages 3 to 5 in a preschool or early learning setting (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Preferred: Holds or is working toward a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Loves creating a joyful, structured, and inclusive environment where children can learn through play
- Works well with others, communicates openly, and values strong relationships with families and colleagues
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning in all developmental areas
- Support each child’s individual needs while encouraging group collaboration and independence
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Foster open communication with parents and caregivers about each child’s development and classroom experience
