- Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap time.
- Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive and motor skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants or young children is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
- Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor.
