What You'll Do:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and foster a love of learning
- Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports all children
- Communicate regularly with families and support child development through positive engagement
- Maintain a clean, safe classroom while ensuring children’s health and well-being
- Grow professionally through ongoing training and collaboration with peers

Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's in ECE preferred)
- CDA certification (preferred)
- 1–2 years' experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Strong communication skills and a love for teaching young children
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete all state-required training
