What You'll Do:
- Partner with Lead and Assistant Teachers to enhance lessons and classroom experiences
- Support daily classroom operations and transitions across age groups
- Prepare and organize educational materials and activities
- Supervise children during indoor/outdoor play, ensuring safety and engagement
- Communicate positively with parents about children's growth and milestones
- Maintain cleanliness and health standards in all learning environments
