Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing creative, age-appropriate activities
- Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child
- Prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, safe learning environment
- Provide individualized care and guidance throughout the day
- Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Help with daily routines, including meals, diapering, and rest time

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Passionate about working with young children
- Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of basic child development
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week with one hour break each day)
