💼 Lead Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan, present, and evaluate fun, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Support social-emotional development and foster curiosity
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to families
- Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership
- Model professionalism and compassion in all situations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- CDA credential (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of early childhood experience
- Completed all state-required pre-service training
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs for child safety and emergencies (including cribs for infants)
- Eligible background check clearance
