Curriculum & Instruction
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a love of learning through creative teaching
- Observe and assess development to meet individual needs
Classroom Management
- Create a warm, inclusive, and structured classroom
- Maintain smooth daily routines and transitions
- Guide behavior with patience and positive support
Family Engagement
- Keep parents informed through daily updates and conferences
- Build trusting relationships with families
- Encourage family involvement in school events and learning
Health & Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Supervise children attentively indoors and outdoors
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Professional Growth

✅ What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's in ECE preferred)
- CDA preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Completion of all required pre-service training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support active young learners
