🎓 What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Energetic, nurturing, and ready to make a difference
- Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (we all know little ones love to be picked up!)
