🚀 What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll guide young learners through play-based experiences and developmentally appropriate lessons. You'll build strong classroom communities, encourage creativity, and create a space where children feel safe, seen, and supported every day.

Your Role Includes:

  • Leading daily activities and implementing engaging curriculum
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Communicating with families and sharing their child’s learning journey
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and joyful classroom environment
  • Collaborating with your co-teachers and participating in school events

âś… What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in ECE is a plus (or interest in earning one!)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a love for working with kids
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and actively engage with young children
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
