What You'll Do:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Promote the development of self-esteem, social skills, and a love of learning
- Support play, exploration, and hands-on learning experiences
- Communicate professionally with families and colleagues
- Collaborate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Meets MSDE/OCC Teacher requirements (90-hour certificate)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred)
- At least 1 year of classroom experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR, CDA, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $18/hour+ (commensurate with experience & qualifications)

Location Requirement:
