About the Role:
Join The Goddard School of Simpsonville located at Harrison Bridge Rd. as the Director of Operations, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for our children. We are seeking a passionate leader who can manage daily operations while fostering a nurturing environment for both staff and students.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor budget and financial performance to ensure sustainability.
- Collaborate with parents and community partners to enhance educational programs.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards.
- Lead marketing efforts to promote the school and attract new families.
- Facilitate communication between staff, parents, and the corporate office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in educational administration or operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood education standards and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
