- Develop and implement school policies and best practices
- Partner with on-site owners to drive excellence and strategic growth
- Recruit, train, supervise, and retain a high-performing team
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide coaching and professional development
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and positive workplace culture
- Support and ensure implementation of a high-quality educational program
- Guide teachers in developing lesson plans that are engaging, age-appropriate, and individualized

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
