- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Supervise and engage with children during structured and free-play activities.
- Support children’s needs, including snacks, bathroom assistance, and maintaining routines.
- Float between classrooms to provide coverage as needed.
- Support teachers during lunch and nap time.
- Communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents in a professional manner.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children (preferred but not required).
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and flexible attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
