The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Assisting the Director and Assistant director in school operations
- Developing strong relationships with our families and faculty
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to early childhood education
