No Nights or Weekends!!!
Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and ensure safety and cleanliness
- Supervise and provide individualized support to children
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Support routine child care tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Not required but a plus if applicant has previous experience working in a childcare center
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Basic understanding of child development or willing to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
