- Assist lead teachers in implementing educational activities and lesson plans.
- Supervise and engage children during playtime and structured activities.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students.
- Support the development of social and emotional skills in children.
- Help with classroom organization and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Foster a love of learning through creative and interactive play.
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule with availability from 2pm to 6pm.
- Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
