Position: Infant Co-Teacher
As an Infant Co-Teacher, you will work alongside two other teachers to create a loving, safe, and stimulating classroom where infants grow and develop during their most important early months.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting daily care routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
- Assisting with lesson implementation using our inquiry-based curriculum
- Creating a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment
- Building strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families
- Monitoring developmental milestones and documenting daily activities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership
