Compensation: $18 - 24 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Support each child’s social and emotional development
- Build positive relationships with families
- Collaborate with lead teachers and school faculty
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Empathy, dependability, and a team-player mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle young children
