What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating a safe, happy classroom where 4- and 5-year-olds feel confident, curious, and cared for.
- Planning and leading fun, hands-on lessons that get little minds thinking and little hands moving.
- Turning playtime into learning time with art, music, science, storytelling, and lots of imagination.
- Helping your students build friendships, independence, and self-confidence every single day.
- Celebrating every milestone — from tying shoes to writing names — with high-fives and big smiles.
- A positive, playful personality and a big heart for children.
- Experience in a preschool or Pre-K classroom is a big plus.
- A team player who communicates well with children, families, and co-workers.
- Someone who sees each child as unique and approaches teaching with love and creativity.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or actively working toward one) is preferred.
- A supportive, family-like atmosphere where your ideas matter.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience is awesome (but we’re open to training the right person!)
- Completed state-required pre-service training (or ready to get it done!)
- Loves building strong connections with kids, families, and teammates
- Stays cool and professional, even when things get a little hectic
- Can lift up to 50 lbs (because sometimes little ones need extra help or snuggles!)
- Infant & Toddler teachers: able to safely lift babies in and out of cribs
- Must meet background check requirements
